Spend time with the Guest of Honor
deciding on a theme from Tea Cakes and Teddy Bears

Make a guest list. This is
always tough if you have too many guests on your list. Try
making an informal call to your guests to check availability so
you can have a better idea what numbers to expect.

Decide on a date and time for your
party
2-3 weeks before the
party

Send your invitations. You may
want to ask your guests to RSVP so you have and approximate number
of guests to expect.

If Full tea is served with your
package, select your Tea Menu from Tea Cakes and Teddy Bears'
list.

Sign and return your contract if you
have not done so already.
7-10 days before the
party
-
Follow up with guests that have not
contacted you to RSVP (please read our RSVP policy). Tea
Cakes and Teddy Bears will be calling you 5-7 days before the
party for final counts.

Make sure you have plenty of film,
videotape, and batteries.

Get a plastic or paper table cloth
for the craft table, as well as wipes and paper towels for the
children to clean up.

Make sure you
have extra plates and forks for cake for any parents or family members who will be
staying at the party.
1-2 days before the
party

Decorate indoors (optional)

Stop at the grocery store for all
last minute items

Clean and clear out space for Tea,
Dress-up and Crafts. Make sure all furniture are cleared out
of the living room. Make sure all chairs are cleared out of
the dining room and the dining table is set-up.
Party Day

Set-up Craft Table and put
wipes/paper towels nearby

Decorate outside (optional)

Get Balloons (optional)

Use camera or video camera to take
pictures to remember the special occasion.

celebration!
